Traineeship/Apprenticeship Programme

The recruitment for the Traineeship programme is now open. To apply, please visit the current vacancies page.

The Thames Reach Traineeship/Apprenticeship programme provides a career pathway into the homeless sector. It offers apprentices/trainees the opportunity to gain the skills and experience needed to equip them to work in our front-line services and in the sector.

The Traineeship/Apprenticeship programme actively encourages those with a previous history of homelessness, and people with little or no experience of the homeless sector i.e. a career changer, to apply. To succeed in the programme, you will need passion, commitment, empathy towards homeless people and good administration skills.

We are also looking to offer the same rewarding opportunities on our apprenticeship scheme, to come later in the year.

On the following pages, you can find out more about the Traineeship/Apprenticeship programme.
