Hackney Half-Marathon –

We are still waiting to secure places for the Hackney Half
Marathon. Please let us know if you would be interested in taking part and we
will pencil you in.
10k – 9 July
Join over 20,000 runners on a closed route
past some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, including Trafalgar Square,
St Paul’s Cathedral, The London Eye, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament
before finishing on Whitehall.
Triathlon – 22-23 July
The London Triathlon is the world’s largest
triathlon, attracting over 13,000 triathletes of all ages and abilities.With its
exciting course, and over 30,000 spectators cheering you on, the London
Triathlon is like no other event you will compete in.
to Brighton Cycle Ride – 17 September
Starting in south London, this is a 54-mile
bike ride through the English countryside before finishing on Brighton seafront;
exhilarating and challenging but easily achievable with a bit of preparation.
London Duathlon – 17 September
This great event is a run-bike-run triathlon
on closed roads through beautiful Richmond Park. You can enter as an individual,
or a team of two or three. The distances aren’t too long and you don’t need to
be a triathlete to take part. Why not even challenge your friends to a team
Parks Half-Marathon – 18 October
If you are more of an experienced runner, the
Royal Parks Half Marathon is one of the nicest events you can take part in.
Passing through some of London’s most picturesque parks and cheered on by thousands of spectators, it really is a mini London Marathon. Perhaps you are a
10k runner wanting to increase your distance? If so, this is also the perfect
event for you. Held on closed roads, the compact and flat route makes this one
of the best half marathons to start with.
