Brent Reach’s goal is to find and support Brent’s most vulnerable men and women.

Brent Reach particularly works with people who have mental health issues, drug and alcohol problems, HIV or are ex-offenders.

Brent Reach has a team of skilled staff who visit people in their homes, assisting them with a wide range of tasks. This may include putting people in touch with specialist services, helping them to claim benefits, and developing their self-confidence and life skills by encouraging them to take up training and to find work.

The service is open to everybody in Brent and is free.

Most of the service is provided between 9am to 5pm, however Breant Reach staff are able to respond to
emergencies at other times.

Brent Reach gives priority to people in the most urgent need or those who are not receiving any other support.

The free Brent Reach helpline is 0808 168 0720 (calls are free from a landline, calls from a mobile will incur a cost). Email: brent_reach@thamesreach.org.uk
