Irmani has worked in homelessness and supported housing for over 25 years, and is passionately committed to improving lives of people who have experienced homelessness, alongside a range of other circumstances, such as domestic abuse, mental ill health, learning disabilities, and experience of the care and criminal justice systems.
Irmani’s professional work for the last three years has been at a strategic level with integrated care boards, local authorities and provider organisations, to positively impact people who have experienced homelessness. She was recently appointed CEO for the Retired Ministers Housing Society.
