Louise Wilson

Board Member

Louise sits on the board, and on various committees, of Vertas Group, A2 Dominion Housing and Saffron Building Society. She also works as an advisor delivering strategic human resources projects, leadership development and facilitation, and executive coaching and mentoring for a number of businesses and individual clients. Her executive career was as Global People Director for The Body Shop for 4 years and Chief People Officer for Clarks  for 7 years.  

Louise is a generalist human resources professional with significant international experience, having spent many years working in various companies and industries, including Marks and Spencer; British Airways; Menzies Aviation; and Emirates Airline. Louise’s specialisms within HR are across the operating model, purpose-led leadership and culture, organisation design and development, and transformation areas. She is used to leading global functions that cover all aspects of business and human resources.
