Sophie is a senior leader with over 20 years’ international experience in the energy sector, including roles at Shell in multiple countries across operations, safety and sustainability. She has led complex, regulated businesses with responsibility for performance, governance and organisational change. 

She also brings expertise in operational oversight, risk and assurance, alongside experience as a leadership coach.
