The role of the hostels administrator at Thames Reach could be just the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Our administrators play a pivotal part in our inspiring work, helping homeless and vulnerable people to live in decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

This role will support the hostels by developing and overseeing administration functions. We are looking for an individual who has a flexible and reliable approach to work, who can work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Thames Reach manage four hostels across Lambeth. You will be based primarily at Robertson Street and The Waterloo Project, and may on occasion support and provide cover to the other hostel sites.

As an Administrator you will:
• Process invoices as directed by the hostel managers
• Support colleagues to turn voids around
• Communicate with Housing Benefit and the Department of Work and Pensions
• Follow up on maintenance requests and requirements
• Follow up on day-to-day health and safety jobs.

And have:
• A commitment to providing a high standard of service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to learn and an enthusiasm for training and acquiring new skills.
