Do you want to end homelessness and make a difference to people’s lives?

At Thames Reach we are committed to helping homeless and vulnerable people to live in decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives. Our vision is to end street homelessness and our aim is to achieve the highest standards and effectiveness in service delivery to vulnerable people.
Thames Reach are recruiting to fill a number of Assistant Support Worker posts in our innovative 10 bed assessment hub in Lambeth, where we will be working the local street outreach team and other partner agencies to rapidly move rough sleepers into appropriate accommodation.
The Assistant Support Worker team will manage the hub overnight ensuring it is a healthy and safe environment and that the people staying there are given the encouragement and support they need to work with our partners and make an informed choice to move away from the street.
We are looking for applications from people interested in moving into frontline positions working with rough sleepers, this post does not require any previous experience of this type of work.
You will play a key role in the development of this new service and your work will influence the future of service provision across the UK.
