Hours: Full time 37.5 per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Support Worker to join the team at Robertson Street, our recently refurbished hostel in Wandsworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills and play a role in shaping the provision of our support work.
You will be supported and trained to use your communication and creative problem-solving skills and will receive regular supervision to both guide your work and encourage and facilitate your personal development.
This is a sometimes challenging but extremely rewarding role that requires you to support our service users to view their stay in a hostel as temporary, to encourage them to become more independent and self-sufficient.
