At Thames Reach we are driven and committed to helping homeless and vulnerable people to live in decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives. Our vision is to end street homelessness and our aim is to achieve the highest standards and effectiveness in service delivery to vulnerable people.

Thames Reach has been delivering since September 2017, a new generic floating support service in Brent in partnership with EACH Counselling and Support. The partnership aims to achieve the highest standards and effectiveness in service delivery to vulnerable people.
As part of the Thames Reach team, all staff have a vital role in contributing and shaping the vision of ending rough sleeping and promoting improvement in people’s lives.
As an Assistant Support Worker, you will work in a way that empowers our service users to make informed decisions, take control of their lives, access relevant opportunities that support them to live independently within the community and achieve their personal support goals.

Brent Reach is a floating support service working with people with a range of support needs including mental health problems and/or substance misuse and ex-offenders; enabling individuals to remain living independently. You will provide one to one, as well as group support which include information, advice and guardiancies (IAG). You will encourage involvement with ETE.

You will be based in Brent and will work with service users across the borough.
