Thames Reach Greenwich service provides support and housing to 37 people with complex and multiple needs in 6 properties across the borough. The support is person- centred and recovery based within a psychologically informed environment.

 

The ASW post is an entry level post, with support and access to internal training in order to develop your skills and knowledge. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with homeless people and has a good understanding of their needs. You will need to be able to work with a range of partner agencies and to organise your workload in order to achieve targets for the service. The service is staffed 24 hours a day and staff currently work from 8am to 8pm
