The Data Administrator, part of the Business Development Team, is responsible for overseeing the collection of performance data and ensuring our reporting is of a high standard. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our client database, InForm a Salesforce based application, providing advice and guidance to front-line managers on data entry and training new and inexperienced staff how to use InForm. You will work closely with senior staff to develop ways of using the data collected to better evidence the impact of our charitable services.
Good database and communication skills are a necessity as is a confident and assertive approach. Experience of Salesforce based databases, organizing filing systems, working with Excel and writing reports is highly desirable.
