Thames Reach is committed to making www.thamesreach.org.uk an accessible website, including for blind and visually-impaired users. We will continue to try to improve the accessibility of the site, and your feedback is important for this. If you think that there is an accessibility problem please email us and explain the difficulties you are having. We will try to overcome any problems we are made aware of.

The site meets the Level One criteria for the Bobby test and is designed to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) Web Accessibility Initiative Guidelines.

Accessing PDF and Microsoft Word files

If you do not have Microsoft Word you can download a free Microsoft Word viewer from Microsoft.

If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it free from Adobe.

Visually impaired users may have trouble reading PDF files with screen reader software. For information about accessing PDF files if you have a disability, visit the Adobe access pages or use the conversion tools on their website.
