This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with administration skills and a keen interest in working in a HR environment. As Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient, proactive and customer focused HR and Learning and Development support to staff and managers, as well as to external contacts.

In this key role you will be involved in a wide variety of Human Resources and Learning and Development administration activities, including:

-Recruitment

-Monitoring sickness absence

-Learning and development

-Acting as a first point of contact to managers and staff and responsible for updating and maintaining electronic employee records for the team.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:

-Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail

-Ability to build and maintain relations

-Ability to deliver high quality administration support and customer service

-Outstanding organisational and communication skills

-Ability to use IT software packages and databases

-Experience of working in a busy environment and to tight deadlines

-Willingness to learn
