We are looking for an organised and motivated Manager to oversee our Waterloo Project. The hostel provides support to 19 homeless people who need help to manage their mental health and plays a central role in Lambeth’s vulnerable adults pathway.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager with some experience to progress into a post where they can play a crucial part in developing a new approach to delivering accommodation services.
The role requires creative joint working with the local authority, community based services and an on-site Psychology team as well as our staff and residents to ensure that support is personalised, effective and measurable.
You will ensure the team are focussed on reducing arrears and increasing move on towards independence and that the environment is safe, healthy, and reflective of our ethos and supports our service user’s aims.
You will be responsible for the hostels performance against its contract, monitoring and reporting to funders on our success in meeting our targets.
This will require you to be outcome focussed and able to foster a culture of high performance and continual striving to improve upon successes throughout your team.

-Organised and able to oversee the operations of a hostel.
-Able to directly manage staff, and oversee the management of others in line with Thames Reach policies.-
-Able to oversee the financial management of hostels.
