Salary: Grade D £29,796 – £32,001 incl ILW & 6.5% employer & 1.5% employee contributory pension

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic lead worker to join the IPSA team, an alliance of organisations working together to support people with mental health issues living in supported settings.
The role is for 8 months and is an excellent opportunity for someone who interested in gaining more experience and progressing into a senior role within Thames Reach.
You will support people with mental health issues to access suitable accommodation and build links with private rented landlords and other accommodation providers.
You will be motivated, committed and confident at liaising with other professionals. There will be an expectation to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have good time management skills, be outcome-focused and accurately record work to enable us to demonstrate our outcomes.
