Michelle is a global people, organisation and culture leader with extensive executive and board-level experience, most recently as Chief People Officer at Avon Cosmetics, where she was on the Executive team leading the People agenda across 35 countries. 

Michelle held senior HR roles across the consumer, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors, including Findus Group, PepsiCo, Sanofi Aventis and Ford Motor Company. Her expertise includes organisational design, transformation, talent, leadership development, employee engagement, communications and culture.
