Our vision is to end street homelessness and our aim is to achieve the highest standards and effectiveness in service delivery to vulnerable people.

We are looking for an organised, motivated and engaged manager to join the Living Well Network (LWN) Hub, the front door to mental health support in Lambeth. -The ability to set standards and inspire staff, enabling service users to receive the highest standard of support.

-To ensure that monitoring and data collection is of high standard.

The team works across Lambeth and is currently based in offices in Brixton, you will be expected to travel across the borough in order to meet the needs of our clients.

Thames Reach is committed to achieving a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We value, respect, and celebrate diversity. We welcome and encourage applicants from all sections of the community regardless of their history of homelessness, sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, or religious belief.
