Salary: Grade E £31,434- £34,128 inl ILW & 6.5% employer contributory pension

We are looking for an organised, motivated and engaged person with good knowledge of the issues and concerns which face the mental health and homeless population in London and be able to work in a creative way in order to promote opportunity and support positive change in life style.
This is a great opportunity for a worker with some experience to move into a management role overseeing a busy, high profile frontline service that is vital in our efforts to reduce homelessness across London.
You will be responsible for directly managing the staff and managing relationships with partner organisations, as well as ensuring services finances are well managed and they are compliant with the relevant policies and legislation.
A decisive and effective leader.
An excellent communicator able to form and maintain effective working relationships with our stakeholders.
Organised and able to oversee the operations of a hostel.
Able to directly manage staff, and oversee the management of others in line with Thames Reach policies.
Able to oversee the financial management of hostels.
