Thames Reach Sutton are looking for a Support Worker. Based in Sutton.  You will be supporting people to recover from their substance use and / or lived experience of mental health. Your role would involve delivering person-centred and outcome-focused support to enable people to access treatment and recovery services, and to help promote people’s independence. You’d also help us to deliver an effective and responsive Housing Management service to our service users.
Thames Reach Sutton provides a pathway for single people from homelessness to independence. It includes an Assessment Centre, two tiers of supported housing and support to assist people to move on to independent accommodation. Your work would involve empowering service users to make decisions, to live as independently as possible, to take control of their lives, and to create and access opportunities that support and maintain personal recovery.
