Thames Reach Sutton

For people recovering from homelessness, support that addresses issues of poor mental health or substance misuse can be invaluable.

Thames Reach Sutton provides specialist supported housing for men and women who have substance misuse issues or suffer from poor mental health in the London Borough of Sutton.

Residents are encouraged and supported to take steps towards a more independent style of living.

Supporting people on their path towards a more independent life often starts with making a seemingly overwhelming task more manageable. Support workers help service users to set out a plan that sees them stabilise their substance misuse and health needs and take positive steps towards building relationships with friends and family, as well as accessing training or employment opportunities.
