Support
The all-round support that we offer is the glue that holds together any serious attempt to end rough sleeping.
At Thames Reach, we provide wide-ranging support to individuals as part of our wider strategy to tackle rough sleeping in London.
We provide tenancy support to help identify and resolve issues before they result in someone losing their home. We also deliver services to help people transition away from homelessness to secure, independent housing.
We help people to access preventative health care that they need. We provide training and opportunities to help people find employment. And we help those people with complex needs to better manage interactions with the multiple organisations they may be engaged.
This is our core offer as an organisation, and we’re looking to grow our work in this area, with a focus on preventative work, and on helping people to successfully move away from homelessness, and a reliance on hostels and supported housing.
Tenancy Sustainment Team
The Tenancy Sustainment Team (TST) at Thames Reach works across South London boroughs, helping people who have experienced rough sleeping to manage the transition away from street or hostel living into more independent accommodation.
