Bill Tidnam

Bill has worked as a frontline worker in various roles, including: day centres, hostels, supported housing, and resettlement. He subsequently held a number of management roles at team and second tier management levels, before joining the Senior Management Team at Thames Reach in 2004, before becoming Chief Executive in 2018.

Bill has experience developing innovative new services, and of multi-agency working, including developing a range of integrated services. He is also experienced in using social finance to develop new housing offers to help people move on with their lives following homelessness or institutionalisation. He represents Thames Reach on the national Rough Sleepers’ Advisory Panel, and in the pan-London Life Off The Streets Executive Board.
