Irmani Smallwood

Irmani has worked in homelessness and supported housing for over 23 years and is passionately committed to improving the lives of people who have experienced homelessness, as well as those who have experienced a range of other circumstances, such as domestic abuse, mental ill health, learning disabilities, and experience of the care and criminal justice systems.

Irmani’s professional work for the last three years has been at a strategic level with integrated care boards, local authorities and provider organisations, to deliver systems changes to positively impact people who have experienced homelessness.
