Joanna Mark-Richards

Joanna joined Thames Reach as our first Director of People in October 2021, having worked in human resources her entire professional career, across the charity, further education and private sectors.  She has been a human resources director at organisations including TCES Independent Schools and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. She also has extensive experience as a trustee and volunteer in organisations that support people in need, such as Hestia Housing and Support, Healthwatch and St John Ambulance.
