Louise Wilson

Currently the Global HR Transformation and Integration Advisor to Natura & Co, the parent company of Avon and the Body Shop amongst others, as well as a Non-Executive Director for A2 Dominion Group, and a Mentor & Advisor to Business Executives. She has worked across the world managing and advising on Human Resources although this experience has been developed in the corporate sector. She has a particular interest in organisational design, organisational culture & transformation, and has often worked with organisations following mergers and acquisitions.
