People sleeping rough long term often need specialised, tailored support to help them off the streets
Our City Outreach team works within the Square Mile seven days a week to help people sleeping rough to escape the streets.
The team works particularly closely with entrenched individuals who have been living on the streets long term, developing personalised plans to provide tailored support.
The service also works closely with partners, including businesses, to address rough sleeping in the City.
