The London Walk 2024
The London Walk 2024 brings charities working in homelessness in the city together to walk as one.
On the evening of Friday 22nd March 2024, Thames Reach are taking part in the London Walk, which brings many charities working in homelessness in the city together to walk as one.
There will be three routes available; a 10K, a half marathon and a marathon through Central London. Starting and finishing at The Connection St Martin’s in-the-Fields in Trafalgar Square, close to many major transport links.
Walking through the night offers an opportunity for reflection on the experience of people who are homeless. Not just people who are forced to sleep on the streets but those who walk through the night, travel on night buses or access 24-hour retail sites in order to stay awake and stay safe.

When: Friday 22nd March 2024
What: Marathon, half marathon or 10k night walk
Time: The walk is currently due to begin at 20:00
Finish 10km – approx. 23:00
Finish half marathon – approx. 1:00am
Finish time marathon – approx. 5:00am
Where: Starts and finishes at St Martin’s-in-the-Fields in Trafalgar Square
Cost: £25 registration, with minimum targets of £150 for 10k, £250 for half marathon and £350 for the marathon distance walk
