Opportunities for Everyone
Opportunities for Everyone offers highly personalised coaching to improve skills, confidence, and employment opportunities.
Opportunities for Everyone uses a highly personalised coaching methodology to improve the skills, resilience and employment prospects of people experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage.
The service is available to single homeless people aged 25 plus, many of whom have support needs relating to physical or mental ill-health, substance misuse or an offending history. Through targeted outreach and established referral routes, candidates access progression pathways, based on a detailed needs assessment, managed by coaches and peer mentors. Each person develops a personal support plan with their coach utilising a comprehensive range of service options.
Opportunities for Everyone is part of the Tackling Multiple Disadvantage project – a partnership between Thames Reach, Crisis, St Mungo’s and City, Hackney and Waltham Forest MIND.
Support is provided across North, East and West London. Tackling Multiple Disadvantage is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund.
