Thames Reach's Employment Academy building

The Thames Reach Employment Academy is helping people in south London find work.

It is helping thousands of unemployed and economically disadvantaged people find employment in the capital.

The Employment Academy is a community resource with spaces available for hire at affordable prices. The building houses the Brewbird Cafe which is open to the public.

The Employment Academy is funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and Thames Reach and is supported by Southwark and Lambeth councils.

The Information, Advice and Guidance service helps people from across London into work, training and education.

Moving In Moving On (MIMO) is Thames Reach’s painting and decorating course for long-term unemployed, homeless and vulnerable men and women.

The Travel volunteering scheme helps homeless and vulnerable people to build their self-confidence, develop new skills and make their way back into the workforce.
